Audi Posts September Sales Increase

As Audi of America drives into the month of October, it leaves September amidst sales increases.

According to media.audiusa.com, “September marked the 81st straight record sales month for Audi of America…Through September, Audi has now sold 160,914 vehicles in the U.S. this year, more than any year before 2013.” 19,308 of those vehicles were sold in September.

Out of the entire fleet, the SUVs were the ones that did the best. The Audi Q5 sold 4,596 vehicles, and the Q7 sold 3,538. For the Audi Q7, 2017 has been its best year so far. It’s posted a 43-percent sales increase from last year. SUVs as a whole have recorded a 19-percent September sales increase and a 13-percent increase over this year. The biggest individual increase, though, was recorded by the Audi A5, whose 2,360 vehicles sold in September marked a 216-percent increase, and added to the 109.2-percent year-to-date increase.
